- Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors are not allowed without prior approval. - The standard rate includes up to 8 guests. Additional guests are charged at £22 per person, per night. Please ensure the correct number of guests is included in your reservation. Any undeclared guests may result in additional charges and/or cancellation of the booking. - Please note that this is a traditional London townhouse spread across 5 floors. There is no lift/elevator in the property, and guests should be comfortable using multiple flights of stairs throughout their stay. The property may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or those who have difficulty climbing stairs. - Parties, events, gatherings, and commercial activities are strictly prohibited. - Please do not move furniture between rooms. - For safety reasons, candles, incense, and open flames are not permitted anywhere on the property. - Any damage caused during the stay must be reported immediately. - Please ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked when leaving the property. - Do not leave personal belongings in hallways, staircases, or other communal areas, as these must remain clear for safety and emergency access. - We reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund if house rules are repeatedly breached or if the property is used for unauthorised parties or events. - As this is a residential area, quiet hours apply between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. - Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. A £250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking or vaping inside the property. - Please treat the property with care and respect, leaving it in a reasonable condition upon departure.
