Refer a landlord or agency

Spread the word about Host-UP and recommend our services to landlords or agencies who may be interested in our property management solutions.

They sign a contract

When the referred landlord or agency signs a contract with Host-UP and entrusts us with their property, you become eligible for a commission.

Commission payout

Once we have the keys to the property and the contract is in effect, you will receive a commission payment. The amount can range from £200 up to £500, depending on the rental value and terms.

Ongoing

support

As an affiliate, you'll have our support throughout the referral process. We'll keep you updated on the progress and provide any assistance you may need.
